We offer (1) hour private sessions for professional photographers. Sunflower fields are perfect for family sessions, portraits, senior photos, engagement/pregnancy shoots & more! During these private sessions you will have complete privacy in the fields without worrying about strangers in the background of your photos! 

You are allowed to shoot professionally during our Sunflower Festival for the cost of admission for you and your client(s). 

Private sessions are $150 per hour. 

We will charge an extra $15 for every 15 minutes you run over your scheduled time.

Below, tell us your preferred dates & times you would like to book a private session on the farm. We do our best to accommodate your top choice. Spots are first come first serve. 

Sessions are by the hour.

All are welcome to visit the farm, enjoy the scenery, and take pictures, but we do require a site fee, for professional photo-shoots or anything for monetary gain. These include engagement, wedding, family, senior portraits etc.

We are a farm first and foremost. Please help us maintain the integrity of our land and crops by abiding by the following:

• Private sessions are not permitted without prior scheduling and payment of a site-fee with Brown’s Harvest management. 

• You are required to purchase the site fee for your clients. It is the photographer's responsibility to email and schedule for their clients.

• The site-fee is non-refundable.

• We will ask for additional payment of $15 for every 15 minutes you stay past your scheduled time.

• Please respect the natural environment and the crops we are growing.

• Please supervise children at all times, this includes photographer’s own children, while on Brown’s Harvest property. 

• Picking our flowers is not allowed during your session unless otherwise permitted. Any flowers cut or used as a prop must be paid for. 

• Vehicles are NOT allowed in fields.

• No photography equipment except camera bag/lenses. No large equipment, light stands, large props, etc…

• We require that all trash is removed from your photo site.

• Absolutely NO PETS are permitted on the farm for photos.

• You may not enter the chicken coop, barns/sheds or any other farm structure not open to the public.

• Stay off all farm equipment including and not limited to tractors, etc..

• The use of items from our store are prohibited and moving decorations, equipment, etc. already on the farm are prohibited.

• All photos should be family friendly in nature.

• The use of drones is strictly prohibited.

• No public area may be closed or blocked to customers during regular business hours during a photo shoot.

• Please be courteous and polite to all visitors and customers.

• Our Staff is not responsible for directing clients to your photo shoot location. Make sure your clients have your cell phone so that they can contact you upon their arrival.

• Reservation of physical space, building locations and field locations is prohibited (i.e.: setting up fixed props/displays.)

• You can only access the PUBLIC parts of the Farm.

• You may NOT enter any of the areas marked No Access, Do Not Enter, or areas with working farm equipment.

• Anyone not abiding by any portion of this policy will be asked to leave the farm immediately.
