Listen, working on a farm sounds tough, dirty, and sweaty... and don't get us wrong... it can be. But it will also be the most rewarding, fun job you'll ever have. Brown's Harvest is run by a family; therefore, we treat our employees as family.

Work Availability

KEEP IN MIND 

  • Our season runs from mid-May to October 31. September and October is our peak season. We need the most help on weekends & require all our new hires to have weekend availability. 
  • Once your application is submitted, we will contact you via email to schedule an interview if you are selected to move forward 
  • We expect all employees to work every weekend of the fall season. Applications will not be accepted if you are unable to work in September & October.

  • Monitoring manning activities like our hayrides, jump pad, B Barn Activities.

  • Working in entrance ticket booth & main farm stand. *Must be at least 15 years old*

  • Help serve food & beverage such as hotdogs, nachos, etc.

  • Drive hayride tractor, gator for the barrel train, assist our mechanic. *must be 18+ and have valid licenses & experience is required*

  • Answer questions, give directions, check wrist bands. Must have a good attitude & enjoy interacting with kids and adults.

  • Help with birthday parties, school groups. Ensure their time with us is a blast!

As part of our hiring process, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. By signing this waiver you give permission to Brown's Harvest to contact schools, previous employers, references, and others and hereby release Brown's Harvest from any liability as a result of such contact.

Please keep in mind that the dates you have selected as available to work are the dates we will expect you to work barring any unforeseen circumstances. We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate school & sports schedules. One of our main job requirements is that you must be available most weekends. It is also sometimes possible that due to inclement weather, we may need to cancel shifts or send you home early.
